In January our Haitian leaders that graduated from our Leadership Academy started giving away their leadership to our other staff and students.
By intentionally engaging our staff and students we are showing them the importance of Biblical leadership so they can make a difference in their broken country. The students are enjoying what they are learning and the adults have welcomed the topics that have been shared with them too.
Our Haitian graduates are doing a great job leading and teaching these new programs while displaying what it means to be a servant leader. By giving away what they have learned they will grow more as leaders too. This picture shows Jn Michel guiding students to their next “Good Choices Leadership Day” activity.
