At Crew419, we are more than a short-term missions ministry—we are a movement inspiring individuals to get off the bench and actively engage in God's mission, both domestically and internationally. Our passion lies in partnering with local churches, schools, families, and like-minded individuals, empowering them to be on mission with God and share the gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.

Crew419 trips encourage people to “Be On Mission” through missional discipleship training that challenges them to get off the bench and into the game with our short-term mission trips.

  • Pre-Game encourages each team that partners with us to set up six meeting times to cover the Pre-Game Discipleship material.

  • Game Time takes what you learned in Pre-Game and puts it into action on the mission field. Each day ends with Team Talk to process all that God is doing in you and your team.

  • Post Game discipleship asks questions that help you process what God is doing in your life and where He may be leading you once you are home from your mission trip experience.

  • Next Game is staying on mission “Til the Nets are Full”!

  • Crew419 is led by Kevin Grubinski, an experienced missionary who has facilitated and mobilized mission teams since 2004. Kevin served as a missionary in the Dominican Republic and has a passion for showing compassion and sharing the hope of the Gospel.

    His commitment to missions is deeply rooted in the phrase, "‘Til the nets are full". This phrase is very meaningful and special to Kevin. Ron Bishop, the found of Score International, and his mentor, used this to sign off on all of his emails and letters, making it a great reminder that that work is not done until the nets are full. He lived that way all the way until his last breath. This will be a great motivator for us to keep fishing for people until the gospel is proclaimed throughout all the nations!

    Haiti, the first Caribbean state to gain independence, faces extreme poverty due to historical violence and instability. Despite being the poorest country in the Americas, with 80% living below the poverty line, Haiti is resilient. Following the 2010 earthquake, our ministry is dedicated to bringing hope. With seven schools and numerous churches, we urgently seek partnerships to provide healthcare, conduct teacher seminars, establish church connections, host Vacation Bible Schools (VBS), and ensure schools can feed attending children.
